The website
The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts. Saved articles stay in your own browser. Cloudflare delivers the site and processes the technical data of each request, such as your IP address, to serve and protect it.
The daily briefing
When you subscribe, we keep your email address and the date you subscribed. We use it only to send the daily briefing. We do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Buttondown manages the subscriber list and sends the emails for us. It stores the list in the United States. Links in the email pass through track.insurewire.org, so Buttondown counts which briefs are clicked. We use only the totals, to learn which subjects readers find useful. We do not track whether you open an email.
Your choices
Each email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your data, email briefing@insurewire.org. We reply within 30 days. When you unsubscribe, we stop all emails; on request, we delete your address.
