Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport was hit again on Sunday, when a projectile struck Terminal 4 and caused a fire, The National reported. The first Houthi strike, on Saturday, killed 13 people and injured more than 300. The Saudi-led coalition said that it intercepted another missile near the airport.

The Houthis said that the airports in Riyadh and Dammam were among four Saudi targets that they hit in 24 hours. They also claimed attacks on oil and gas sites, including Aramco's Shugadam gas site; Saudi Arabia did not confirm these claims, the report said. Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree warned air carriers, workers and travellers against using Saudi airports and airspace.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure violate international law. UN Yemen envoy Hans Grundberg called the attacks a "grave escalation" that threatens regional security. The UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and other governments condemned the strike.
