Gallagher reported results for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 on 29 October. Revenue in its combined Brokerage and Risk Management segments grew 18%, of which 5% was organic. In Brokerage, total organic growth was 5%. Organic base commissions and fees rose 4%, organic supplemental revenues rose 14% and organic contingent revenues were flat. The segment's adjusted EBITDAC margin increased to 35.3% from 33.3% a year earlier. Brokerage closed five acquisitions in the quarter with estimated annualised revenue of $102m.

In Risk Management, organic fees grew 10% and the adjusted EBITDAC margin rose to 22.8% from 21.9%. The release names lower employee benefits as a factor in the compensation expense ratios of both segments.
