Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation said Houthi attacks targeted King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Jizan and Najran International Airport, The National reported. The attacks caused three minor injuries and material damage. Saudi air defences also destroyed a ballistic missile fired at Khamis Mushait, according to coalition spokesman Maj Gen Turki Al Malki. Flight-tracking data showed flights to and from Riyadh on hold for a few hours, while Houthi claims of strikes on the capital's airport could not be verified.

On the ground, Yemeni government forces said they had secured the Bab Al Mandeb strait, the Dhubab area and the port city of Mokha; the Houthis denied the losses. The coalition said it struck targets in Sanaa, Saada and Hodeidah and stopped a planned attack on shipping in the southern Red Sea. The newspaper noted that Bab Al Mandeb has gained importance as an alternative route while the Strait of Hormuz remains effectively closed by the Iran war.
